A number of residents living in the Park Farm neighbourhood, in Thornbury, have raised concerns about the current road safety in the area.
Having spoken to South Gloucestershire Council, Luke has received the following update:
"The 20mph zone for the site is yet to be implemented and there are some kerbing works just in from the entrance (on the sharp right hand bend) to be completed, both of which should assist in reducing the general speed"
Meanwhile, the local MP welcomed the news that a further Road Safety Review will be carried out when the road is completed which will check that there are enough interventions to keep traffic speed at a suitable level.
