Luke Hall MP has met with the Site Manager and Hanson's Executive team at the Tytherington Quarry, to discuss the ongoing work in the local area.
The MP was given a tour of the site, to find out more about the daily activity taking place at the Quarry. During the visit, Luke was able to highlight a number of important considerations on behalf of the community, regarding traffic volume, use of the nearby railway, and the continued management of any noise and dust from the site.
Luke said, "I was grateful to Jenna the Quarry Site Manager and the Hanson's team for their insight and support on my recent visit. As our local MP, I will continue to raise any questions and concerns from the community, to ensure there remains good and effective communication between the Quarry and the surrounding hamlets and villages.
